توضّح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه تطبيق قوافل من بيانات، ولماذا يجمعه، ومع من يُشارَك، وكيف تحذفه. وهي مطابقة لإقرار «أمان البيانات» في Google Play ولبيان الخصوصية في App Store.
كلُّ ما يلي يُجمع لتشغيل التطبيق، ويرتبط بحسابك. ولا يُستخدم شيءٌ منه للتتبّع عبر تطبيقاتٍ أو شركاتٍ أخرى.

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطرافٍ ثالثة لأغراضها. ويصل بعضها إلى مزوّدي خدمةٍ يعملون بالنيابة عنّا وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وحده:
وقد نفصح عن بياناتٍ إذا ألزمنا بذلك قانونٌ نافذ، أو لمنع احتيالٍ أو ضررٍ وشيك.
يُطلب كلُّ إذنٍ عند أوّل استعمالٍ للميزة التي تحتاجه، ويمكنك رفضه:
من داخل التطبيق: الملفّ الشخصيّ ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. أو من الويب بلا تسجيل دخول: qawafel-sy.com/account-deletion.
يُحذف عند الطلب: الحساب وبياناتك الشخصية والعناوين والصور المرفوعة والإعلانات والمحادثات وأرقام المدعوّين. ويُحتفظ بسجلّات المعاملات المكتملة للمدّة التي تفرضها المتطلّبات المحاسبية والقانونية، منزوعةَ الارتباط بهويّتك قدر الإمكان.
يمرّ كلُّ اتصالٍ بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر HTTPS/TLS. وتُخزَّن
كلمات المرور ورموز التحقّق مجزّأةً لا نصّاً صريحاً، وتُحفظ الرموز على
جهازك في مخزن النظام الآمن.
قوافل منصّةٌ تجاريّة موجَّهة لمن هم في الثامنة عشرة فما فوق. لا نجمع بياناتٍ من الأطفال عن قصد، وإن علمنا بذلك حذفناها.

This policy explains what the Qawafel app collects, why, who it reaches, and how to delete it. It matches our Google Play Data safety declaration and our App Store privacy details.
Everything below is collected to run the app and is linked to your account. None of it is used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Some of it reaches service providers acting on our behalf, only as far as running the service requires:
We may also disclose data where applicable law requires it, or to prevent fraud or imminent harm.
Each permission is requested the first time you use the feature that needs it, and you may decline:
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Or on the web without signing in: qawafel-sy.com/account-deletion.
Deleted on request: your account, personal details, addresses, uploaded images, listings, conversations and invitee numbers. Records of completed transactions are retained for as long as accounting and legal requirements demand, dissociated from your identity where possible.
All traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.
Passwords and verification codes are stored hashed, never in plain text,
and tokens are kept in your device's secure store.
Qawafel is a trade platform intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and delete it if we learn of it.
