Terms of Use — Qawafel

1 · What Qawafel is

Qawafel is a wholesale marketplace connecting buyers with suppliers. Qawafel is a private marketplace, not a government service. When we say a merchant is verified, we mean their commercial register was checked against the chambers of commerce — nothing more.

2 · Your account

• For people aged 18 and over.
• You create an account with your phone number and are responsible for activity under it.
• False details or impersonation are grounds for closure.

3 · Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us permission to display it on the platform. Prohibited: unlawful content or content infringing others' rights; misleading descriptions of goods, price or condition; harassment, hate speech and inappropriate material; fraud, counterfeit or prohibited goods.

The app provides in-app reporting for users and content, and user blocking. We review reports, remove violating content and close repeat-offending accounts.

4 · Transactions

Sales happen between merchant and buyer. Qawafel facilitates listing, communication and ordering; it is not a party to the sale and does not warrant goods it did not sell. Disputes may be raised with us and we mediate with the tools available.

5 · No warranty

The service is provided as is. We aim for uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee it, and are not liable for indirect loss arising from use, to the extent the law permits.

6 · Changes and termination

We may amend these terms and will post changes on this page. We may suspend an account that breaches them. You may delete your account at any time — how to delete your account.
